  1. Dear SH2U, Bless you! I am new to your blog (visiting you today for the 1st time following your visit to me, thank you), so please pardon me for asking…but have you ever explored food-sensitivity testing along with the help of a qualified food-sensitivity specialist? Unfortunately, though, not all food-sensitivity testing is created equal, which is why I both personally and professionally recommend MRT: http://nowleap.com/what-food-sensitivities-are/

If you have any questions regarding this matter, don’t hesitate to ask… After all: https://thewaytonourishforlife.wordpress.com/2015/08/21/is-your-food-making-you-sick-from-anxiety-to-arthritis-ibs-to-insomnia-migraine-to-muscle-pain/
    Kind regards, Eileen

    1. Hi Eileen,

Thanks so much for visiting my blog. I did try food sensitivity test and it helps avoid some triggers but my body still goes nuts periodically. Stress, hormones, sleep deprivation, the weather, all impact it….and sometimes there simply is no reason.

  2. H there, I’m on a lunch crunch at work and haven’t time to read your post, but I thought I’d let you know about this website. (God, I sound like spam. I am NOT SPAM!!!)

I don’t know if it’s new or if I’ve only just found it. But it’s got lots of news that is of interest and gives me hope when I’m losing it. Hope it helps you.

  3. Your blog is so beautiful!! I am still getting the hang of all this – I am doing the 31 day October Writing Challenge so I’ve been focusing on that instead of making it so astetically pleasing. I love the concept of your blog – and everything about it. I have lots of things to discuss if you are ever interested – suicide, mental illness, dysfunctional family survival, complex ptsd, natural remedies, rescue dogs:) you name it – I’ve had an eclectic life. Feel good!!
